This exhibition was originally scheduled in autumn, 2011.However because of the devastating earthquake in Touhoku in March, the Zapf exhibition, which was planned to be held from March to April was postponed to Autumn. Since we were organizing the Zapf exhibition as the leaders of JLAF, consequently we rescheduled our exhibition and held that in Tokyo and Kobe in early summer of 2012.

この２人展は、当初2011年秋に開催する予定でした。３月の大震災により、春に予定していたZapf展（J-LAF主催）を秋に延期すると決めたため、Zapf展の運営に携わっていた私たちは自分たちの２人展を先延ばしにすることにして、2012年初夏に東京、神戸での2箇所で展示しました。

Live Writing in Kobe
This event was generated due to questions from visitors to the Tokyo venue. The collaborative work that was the centerpiece of this exhibition was made up of many handwritten letters, as you can see. During the exhibition in Tokyo, we were occasionally asked, “What kind of tools did you use for writing them? How did you write them?” So we decided to show visitors the live performance of our writing process at the exhibition in Kobe. With only a brief prior discussion, we could perform in a very good harmony every day. This turned out to be a great experience.
このイベントは、東京会場来場者の質問がきっかけで生まれました。この展覧会の中心となったコラボ作品は、ご覧のように沢山の手書き文字でできあがっていました。東京での展示中、「これは何で書かれているのですか？」「どのように書かれているのですか？」と尋ねられることがありました。それならばと、神戸での展示では書くところをライブで見ていただくことにしたのです。わずかな打合せだけで、毎日２人で息の合ったパフォーマンスができました。これは本当に素晴らしい経験となりました。
